Took my 2010 Focus there to have it inspected and the front end greased because that is what the service manual called for at my mileage. They take it back, about 15 minutes later they bring it to me and say that this model car doesn't have grease fittings. OK, most newer cars don't no big deal, they tell me I'm good to go so I leave. As I am pulling out of the parking lot I notice something doesn't sound right. The engine is much louder than usual. I turn around and go back to discover that their technician had for some reason taken my oil cap off and not put it back on. So now there is oil all over the inside of my engine bay. I have them clean it and replace the lost oil. I will not be returning to Way brothers for service. I should have known this wouldn't go well when I saw the service department for ford was inside the Chevrolet dealership.
